The Accord Governorship Candidate and son of the soil from Akinyele Local Government, Alh. Oriyomi Hamzat, on yesterday 19th August, attended the 8th Day Fidau Prayer and Burial Ceremony of a respected community leader from Akinyele LGA, Alh. Abdul Wahab Akanji Olayiwola Surulagba, held at the International Conference Centre, University of Ibadan.
Speaking during the event, Alh. Hamzat described the late Alh. Surulagba as _”a respected elder, religious leader and community pillar whose wisdom shaped many of us growing up. His impact on our youthful lives will never be forgotten.”_He prayed to Almighty Allah to grant Baba Al-Jannah Firdaus, forgive his shortcomings, and give the family the fortitude to bear the loss.
