Barely hours after the last Accord Akinyele local meeting held at Oju Odo, Oja Agbe, Moniya, on Thursday, some members of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM), who felt the impact of the leadership of Accord Governorship candidate Alh. Oriyomi Hamzat, tore their membership cards and showed interest in supporting the man of the masses in the forthcoming general election.
The Chairman, Alh. Olayode Taofeek, welcomed the decampees, praised their courage and assured them that Accord is the leading and only party to beat come 2027.
Those members are strong political stalwarts from Ward 5 and promised to work and mobilize massively for the success of all Accord candidates in Akinyele LGA.
