The management of MECAF sports consultancy under the leadership of CEO/Director Amb. Raheem Ahmed felicitates Muslims ummah on celebration of eid fitri. According to him, “Ramadan has been a sacred period of spiritual renewal, self-discipline, and devotion to Almighty Allah”.
He further prayed that all acts of worship, including fasting, charity, and supplications observed during Ramadan, are accepted by Almighty Allah.“Eid-el-Fitr is not only a time of celebration but also a moment to reflect on our responsibilities to one another.Let us continue to live in peace and harmony, while extending kindness and support to the less privileged in our society,” he added.
The Director further urged athletes, schools, academy, coaches, sports journalism, sports administrators and referees in Oyo State to embrace the lessons of Ramadan by promoting tolerance, mutual respect, and active participation in sporting activities.
He emphasized the importance of youth engagement in fostering sustainable peace and driving positive change across the state.He wished all Muslim faithful a joyous, peaceful, and fulfilling Eid-el-Fitr celebration.
